LOTA CAMPING RESERVE, LOTA

Public BBQ

Lota Camping Reserve features a magnificent old gum tree and offers extensive grassy areas with covered picnic facilities, beautiful water views, and convenient access to nearby fish and chip shops across the street. The park includes numerous working barbecues, completely fenced playground areas, clean toilets, covered tables and chairs, plus walking and bike paths along the Esplanade. Despite the name, camping is no longer permitted, but it remains an excellent day-use facility with ample space for family activities, though weekend parking can be challenging.
